Judicial Stations and Assignments

Four judges shall be stationed in the City of Cabanatuan.
One judge each shall be stationed in the municipalities of Guimba, Gapan, and Sto. Domingo in Nueva Ecija.
Upon completion of the courtroom in Barrio Baloc, Municipality of Sto. Domingo, the judge assigned there shall be stationed in that barrio.
One judge shall be stationed in the City of San Jose.
Four judges shall be stationed in the Municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac.

Appropriations for Implementation

The law authorizes the appropriation of necessary funds from the National Treasury not previously appropriated.
These funds shall be utilized solely for implementing the provisions of this Act.

Effectivity

The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval.
Approved on June 17, 1972.
