Twelve judges are commissioned for the Fourth Judicial District under Republic Act No. 6445.

RA 6445 amends the fourth paragraph of Section 50 and the fourth subparagraph of the second paragraph of Section 52 of the Judiciary Act of 1948 by increasing the number of judges in the Fourth Judicial District and providing their specific stations.
