Operationalization and Funding

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, together with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, must include these new branches in the Court's operational program immediately.
Funding for the operationalization shall be provided through the annual General Appropriations Act.
Funds will be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the courts and appointment of their personnel.

Implementation Rules and Jurisdictional Adjustments

The Supreme Court shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this law.
If needed, the Court may realign the seats of existing branches and adjust their territorial jurisdictions accordingly.

Amendments and Repeals

Section 14(e) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 (The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980) as amended, along with other inconsistent laws, rules, and regulations, are amended, repealed, or modified to conform with this Act.

Effectivity Clause

The Act takes effect 15 days following its complete publication in the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation.
