: The main purpose is to create five additional branches of the Regional Trial Court to be stationed in the City of Calamba and the municipalities of Los Baños and Cabuyao in the Province of Laguna.
: Five additional branches are created: three seats in the City of Calamba, one in Los Baños, and one in Cabuyao.
: The Supreme Court has the authority to assign the branch numbers of the newly-created branches.
: It amends Section 14, Paragraph (e) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, the Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980.

: The funding is to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act and appropriated only upon actual organization and appointment of personnel.
: The Supreme Court is empowered to issue the necessary rules and regulations for effective implementation and may realign existing branches and their territorial jurisdictions if warranted.
: Fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation.
: They are amended, repealed, or modified accordingly.
: It ensures that funds are used efficiently and only when the new court branches are operational and staffed.
