Transfer and Handling of Pending Cases
- All criminal cases initiated by the PAOCTF that are currently pending before the Department of Justice or the courts shall be transferred to and managed by the Deputy Chief for Administration (DCA) of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
- Cases that are still under investigation at the time of abolition shall similarly be under the oversight of the DCA.
Responsibilities for Referred Cases
- Criminal cases referred to the Office of the DCA will be investigated and processed following the applicable legal procedures.
Turnover of Equipment and Records
- All equipment, properties, documents, and records belonging to the PAOCTF shall be turned over to the Office of the DCA.
Budget Continuity
- Remaining budget appropriations initially allocated to the PAOCTF under Republic Act No. 8760, as re-enacted, shall continue to be used for the purposes related to managing pending and referred cases as outlined in Sections 2 and 3 of this Executive Order.
Formulation of Implementing Rules and Regulations
- The Office of the DCA is mandated to develop rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Executive Order.
- All such rules and regulations must receive approval from the President.
Repeal and Modification of Inconsistent Orders
- All prior orders, rules, regulations, and issuances or parts thereof that conflict with this Executive Order are hereby repealed or modified to ensure consistency.
Effectivity of the Executive Order
- This Executive Order takes effect immediately upon its approval by the President.
