The memorandum circular provides guidelines on the transfer of business address for licensed landbased and seabased agencies/entities.

They must submit a formal letter specifying the actual date of occupancy, an accomplished LRO Form No. 2, a notarized application form for transfer, a copy of formal notice to the Bureau of Domestic Trade or SEC, a Board Resolution or Secretary's Certificate if a corporation, a copy of lease or ownership proof of office space meeting the 60 sq. meter minimum, lists of new and terminated employees, and original proof of publication of new address.

The minimum required office floor area is 60 square meters.

A Board Resolution or Secretary's Certificate duly registered with the SEC authorizing the transfer.

An inspection of the new business address will be conducted to verify compliance with minimum operational standards.

Yes, agencies may receive a no objection letter allowing the transfer and business conduct subject to submission of required documents within thirty (30) days from application filing.
