No. The Circular states that thereafter, no application/petition for extension of validity of the expiring/expired CPC shall be accepted.
They may opt to file applications for conversion of their units into “TRANSPORT TOURIST SERVICES” anytime during the subsistence of their CPCs.
It takes effect fifteen (15) days after filing three (3) copies with the U.P. Law Center, in accordance with Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11 dated October 9, 1992.
Three copies must be filed with the U.P. Law Center for effectivity.
All issuances, or parts thereof, inconsistent with the Circular are modified accordingly and/or superseded/revoked.
