The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) is the lead agency tasked with enforcing the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (R.A. No. 9165).
The Office of the President, the Philippine National Police (PNP), the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), and the Bureau of Customs (BOC) are ordered to organize anti-drug task forces to support PDEA.
