The main purpose of Republic Act No. 11631 is to separate the Sto. Rosario Elementary School-Santos Encarnacion Elementary School Extension in Barangay Dalandanan, Valenzuela City from Sto. Rosario Elementary School and convert it into an independent elementary school to be known as Santos Encarnacion Elementary School.
The Sto. Rosario Elementary School-Santos Encarnacion Elementary School Extension located in Barangay Dalandanan, Valenzuela City is separated and converted into an independent school called Santos Encarnacion Elementary School.
All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Sto. Rosario Elementary School-Santos Encarnacion Elementary School Extension are transferred to and absorbed by the newly created Santos Encarnacion Elementary School.
The Secretary of Education is responsible for immediately including the operationalization of Santos Encarnacion Elementary School in the Department of Education's program.
The initial funding for the operationalization of Santos Encarnacion Elementary School shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Sto. Rosario Elementary School-Santos Encarnacion Elementary School Extension.
After the initial funding, the amount necessary for the continued operation of Santos Encarnacion Elementary School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
President Rodrigo Roa Duterte signed Republic Act No. 11631 into law on December 10, 2021.
The Senate of the Philippines and the House of Representatives enacted Republic Act No. 11631.
