The formula is C = 11.00 multiplied by N + 5.00 multiplied by the square root of A, where C is the amount to be charged in pesos, N is the number of corners of the lot, and A is the area of the lot in square meters.
The minimum charge for original surveys is Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (P=550.00) for rural/agricultural areas and Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos (P880.00) for urban/residential areas.
