Republic Act No. 910 is an Act to provide for the retirement of Justices of the Supreme Court and of the Court of Appeals, for the enforcement of the provisions by the Government Service Insurance System, and to repeal Commonwealth Act No. 536.
A Justice can retire with pension if they have rendered at least 20 years of service in the judiciary or government and have either attained the age of 70, resigned due to incapacity, or attained the age of 57 with at least 10 years continuously as a Justice or judge of a court of record.
The retiring Justice shall receive during his natural life the salary which he was receiving at the time of retirement or resignation, paid as provided by the Act.
