The main purpose is to separate the Bacoor National High School - Tabing Dagat Annex from the Bacoor National High School and convert it into an independent national high school to be known as Mariano Gomes National High School.
It is located in Barangay Tabing Dagat, Bacoor City, Province of Cavite.
All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records are transferred and absorbed by the Mariano Gomes National High School.
The Secretary of Education is tasked to include the school in the Department's program.
The initial funding shall be charged against the current year’s appropriation of the Bacoor National High School - Tabing Dagat Annex.
The implementing rules and regulations shall comply with Republic Act No. 9155 (Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001), Republic Act No. 10533 (Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013), and other related basic education laws.
Within ninety (90) days from the approval of the Act.
It takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
The amount necessary for its continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
