Republic Act No. 10977

: The main purpose of Republic Act No. 10977 is to convert the San Rafael National High School in the City of Navotas into a national technical-vocational high school known as San Rafael Technological and Vocational High School.
: All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of San Rafael National High School are transferred to and absorbed by the San Rafael Technological and Vocational High School.
: The Secretary of Education is responsible for including the operationalization of San Rafael Technological and Vocational High School in the Department's program.
: The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the San Rafael National High School.
: The funding for the continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
: The Secretary of Education is mandated to formulate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act.
: The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
: The new name is San Rafael Technological and Vocational High School.
