The regulations aim to streamline the sales reporting process and eliminate Request for System Updates (RSU) concerning buyer information or motor vehicle details.
An Authorized Representative is a person duly authorized by the applicant or grantee to represent the Dealer in sales reporting transactions with the Land Transportation Office.

The transaction is terminated and voided; the authorized representative is advised to rectify discrepancies by validating with their sales.
It takes effect fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
All prior orders, circulars, memoranda, or related issuances inconsistent with these provisions are repealed or amended accordingly.
