The purpose is to set rules governing the importation of fresh frozen beef and beef products from Argentina to the Philippines, ensuring compliance with sanitary and regulatory standards.

Veterinary Quarantine Clearance/Permit, Veterinary Health and Meat Inspection Certificate, and certification on drug, pesticide, hormonal residues, heavy metal contaminants, and other hazardous contaminants.

Frig. Swift Rosario in Sta. Fe, Frig. CEPA Alejandro Korn in Buenos Aires, and Frig. Quick Food Villa Mercedes in San Luis.

Plants must be accredited by SENASA and located in specified approved locations with proper sanitary measures and slaughtering procedures.

All orders, rules, and regulations or parts thereof which conflict with this order are repealed or modified accordingly.

It took effect immediately upon its adoption on September 22, 1995.
