On the NE and NW, the parcel is bounded by public land.
On the SE, it is bounded by property of the Manila Railroad Company, lot No. 1428 of the cadastral survey of Calauag; on the SW, by property of the Manila Railroad Company, lot No. 4 New-B of plan Psd-24298.
It contains an area of 1,821 square meters, more or less.
Beginning at point marked a1a on plan, being N. 47A 56a2 E., 124.84 meters more or less from B.L.L.M. No. 3 of Calauag cadastre.
Point a1a is marked by an old corner; point a2a is marked by a P.L.S. M. R. concrete monument; points a3a to a8a are marked by rails 45 by 80 cm long, 20 cm above ground.
