Q&A (EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 28)

Executive Order No. 219 established the Philippine Government's Domestic and International Civil Aviation Liberalization Policy and mandated the creation of the Philippine Air Negotiating Panel and the Philippine Air Consultation Panel.
