: The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) is responsible for conducting the registration.
: Applicants must submit a photocopy of a valid NBI clearance, a photocopy of a valid passport and/or NSO authenticated birth certificate (not over 40 years old by August 2004), a photocopy of high school and/or college diploma, and one colored 2x2 picture.

: No, only application forms duly marked by the POEA shall be accepted.
: Only machine operators in electronics and garments factories and experienced workers in four or five star hotels or luxury vessels are considered.

: Registration is also conducted at POEA Regional Centers in Cebu City, Davao City, and San Fernando, La Union, as well as Extension Units in Baguio City, San Fernando Pampanga, Calamba, Legaspi City, Bacolod City, Iloilo City, Tacloban City, Zamboanga City, and Cagayan de Oro City.
