The Province of South Cotabato is reapportioned into three (3) legislative districts under RA 11804.
The First Legislative District is composed of the municipalities of Polomolok, Tampakan, and Tupi.
The Second Legislative District is composed of the City of Koronadal, and the municipalities of Banga and Tantangan.
The Third Legislative District is composed of the municipalities of Norala, Santo NiƱo, Surallah, Lake Sebu, and T'boli.
The City of General Santos is separated from the Third Legislative District of South Cotabato and is constituted as the Lone Legislative District of the City of General Santos.
The reapportionment shall take effect in the 2025 national and local elections.
The incumbent Representatives of the existing First and Second Districts shall continue to represent their districts until the expiration of their respective terms of office.
