Apolonio Samson, Baesa, Balon-Bato, Culiat, New Era, Pasong Tamo, Sangandaan, Tandang Sora, Unang Sigaw, Sauyo, Talipapa.
No. The composition of the current First, Third, and Fourth legislative districts shall not be affected by the reapportionment.
Six (6) regular Sangguniang Panlungsod members representing each of the Fifth (5th) and Sixth (6th) legislative districts.
It takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in any newspaper of general circulation.
All laws, rules, and regulations inconsistent with RA 10170 are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
Incumbent officials continue to serve until successors from the newly created districts are elected and qualified.
The additional districts commence in the next national and local elections after the Act’s effectivity.
