Different rates correspond to the mode of transport and geographical distance: Inter-Land is by land between provinces, Inter-Air is by air between provinces, and Intra-rate is within the same province, reflecting cost differences.

The weight steps are 20g, 21-50g, 51-100g, 101-250g, 251-500g, 501-1000g, 1001-1500g, and 1501-2000g.
