LTO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. AHS-2008-991

: It regulates the specifications for the sticker that must be displayed on LPG fueled motor vehicles prohibiting them from parking in enclosed parking spaces.
: The sticker must display the text: 'NOT ALLOWED TO PARK IN AN ENCLOSED PARKING SPACE.'
: The sticker must have white or white reflecting letters on a red background.
: Each character must have a height equal to or greater than 5 millimeters and a width equal to or greater than 5 millimeters.
: The sticker's width must be between 70 to 90 millimeters and its height must be between 40 to 50 millimeters.
: The sticker must be placed on the upper-left corner of the vehicle’s windshield.
: Conversion shops authorized or licensed by the Department of Trade and Industry are responsible for producing and affixing the sticker.
: The sticker must be affixed prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Inspection and Maintenance Compliance (IMC).
: To prohibit LPG fueled vehicles from parking in enclosed parking spaces as mandated by law for safety and regulatory compliance.
