The purpose of Republic Act No. 12007 is to establish a senior high school in Progressive Village 3, Barangay Bayanan, City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite, to be known as the Progressive Senior High School, and to appropriate funds for its operation.
The Progressive Senior High School shall be established under the supervision of the Department of Education.
The official name of the senior high school established by this Act is the Progressive Senior High School.
The Secretary of Education is responsible for immediately including the operationalization of the Progressive Senior High School in the Department of Education's program.
Funding for the Progressive Senior High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
The Secretary of Education must formulate the implementing rules and regulations within ninety (90) days from the approval of the Act.

The rules and regulations shall provide for the school's organization, administration, operations, and management.
The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
