Yes, all departments, bureaus, agencies, government-owned or controlled corporations, and the private sector are authorized and empowered to provide necessary cooperation and assistance for the effective discharge of the Task Force's functions.

The Task Force operates and continues its functions until its designated tasks are completed, after which it must submit a report of accomplishments to the President within three months from the date of the order.
