Executive Order No. 77 reorganizes ten municipal districts in Zamboanga into five independent municipalities, effective January 1, 1937, to enhance local governance and administration.

To organize the ten municipal districts in the Province of Zamboanga into five independent municipalities by grouping specific districts into each new municipality.

It is pursuant to Section 68 of the Revised Administrative Code.

EO No. 77 was issued upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Interior.

Sindangan and Panganuran.

In the barrio of Sindangan.

Labangan and Dinas.

In the barrio of Pagadian.

Margosatubig and Malangas.

In the barrio of Margosatubig.

Kabasalan and BaAgaan.

In the barrio of Kabasalan.

Sindangan, Panganuran, Labangan, Dinas, Sibuko, Sirawai, Margosatubig, Malangas, Kabasalan, and BaAgaan.
