EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 139

: It is an order organizing the municipal district of Aurora in the Province of Isabela into a regular municipality under the same name.
: The recommendation came from the Secretary of the Interior.
: It was pursuant to the provisions of section 68 of the Revised Administrative Code.
: Aurora was organized from a municipal district into a regular municipality.
: The seat of government is at the present poblacion of the municipal district of Aurora.
: The organization took effect on July 3, 1948.
: It establishes the municipal district as a full-fledged local government unit with its own local government structure and autonomy under Philippine laws.
: It was signed in the City of Manila on May 12, 1948.
: Emilio Abello signed the order as the Executive Secretary.
