Executive Order No. 362 organizes a portion of the Municipality of Dimataling, Zamboanga, into a new municipality called Dinas and annexes certain sitios from the Municipality of Margosatubig to Dimataling.
The organization and annexation provided in Executive Order No. 362 took effect on November 10, 1950.
The boundary is from the mouth of Locuban River at Sambulawan Bay following the river upstream to its source, then an imaginary line to the summit of Mt. Buga in such a way as to leave the barrio of Tiniguangan in Dimataling and the barrio of Bacawan in Dinas.
The sitios of Guilisan, Saloagan, and Magahis from Margosatubig were segregated and annexed to the Municipality of Dimataling.
The Municipality of Dinas consists of twelve barrios: Dinas, Migpulao, Mirapao, Legarda, Libuganan, Kapamanoc, San Pablo, Calipapa, Pisaan, Sibul, Bacawan, and Ludiong.
The seat of the municipal government is in the barrio of Dinas.
Dimataling lost the northern portion that formed Dinas but gained the sitios of Guilisan, Saloagan, and Magahis from Margosatubig.
Margosatubig lost the sitios of Guilisan, Saloagan, and Magahis to Dimataling.
It was signed by President Elpidio Quirino and countersigned by Executive Secretary Teodoro Evangelista.
