The City of Manila shall continue operating the Municipal Golf Links and may retain fees and spend City funds for the improvement of the facility.
Any permanent improvements are subject to the Administration’s approval.
No development undertaken by the Administration, particularly digging of the moat, shall encroach upon the existing Golf Links unless concurred in by the Mayor of the City of Manila.
It preserves local control/consent by requiring concurrence of the Mayor for any development that would encroach upon the existing Golf Links, especially for the moat.
