The Committee is composed of Undersecretaries, Vice-Presidents, Commissioners, or their representatives from all national government agencies and instrumentalities with projects and programs concerning cooperatives, including specific agencies listed in the guidelines such as the Office of the President, Department of Agrarian Reform, Department of Agriculture, and others.
The chairman of the Committee is the Chairman of the Cooperative Development Authority or his/her authorized representative.
