The Minister was directed to take over management and control, institute reforms, take necessary actions to ensure stability and financial viability, punish undesirable officers and employees for dishonesty, incompetence or misconduct, and conduct a management audit of the Association and all its funds and services.
Offenses include dishonesty, incompetence, or misconduct based on pertinent laws.
