Republic Act No. 6936

: The main purpose of Republic Act No. 6936 is to establish a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Luba, Province of Abra, known as the Luba Municipal Hospital, under the supervision of the Department of Health.
: The Luba Municipal Hospital shall be under the supervision of the Department of Health.
: The Luba Municipal Hospital is authorized to have ten beds.
: It is to be established in the Municipality of Luba, Province of Abra.
: The construction shall be funded from appropriations authorized under the Fiscal Year 1989 General Appropriations Act.
: Subsequent funds necessary for operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
: The Act took effect upon its approval on March 9, 1990.
: Before construction, the Secretary of Health must issue a written assurance confirming personnel appointment and appropriated funds for maintenance and operation.
