The purpose is to streamline procedures for the issuance of exit clearance for landbased Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) on leave (Balik-Manggagawa) by providing a multiple travel exit clearance valid for one year.

a) Php 100.00 per exit as POEA processing fee; b) Php 1,275 or US$25.00 as compulsory OWWA membership contribution with insurance coverage; c) Php 900.00 as PhilHealth premium for one-year coverage.
The OWWA membership contribution is collected on a per contract basis, generally up to a maximum of two years depending on the contract duration or standards for the occupation group.
The multiple travel exit clearance is validated by the POEA Labor Assistance Center at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
They may avail of exemptions from payment of travel tax and airport terminal fee as provided under Section 35 of R.A. 8042, the Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act of 1995.
