The Secretary of Health must include the implementation of this Act in the DOH program immediately.
The funding shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
The Secretary of Health must promulgate the necessary rules and regulations within sixty (60) days from the approval of the Act.
RA No. 11563 amends Republic Act No. 10865, also known as the "Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center Act."
The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
