The purpose of Department Order No. 36-95 is to provide implementing guidelines on the collection and remittance of the Alien Social Integration Fee under Republic Act No. 7919 (ASIA).

The Treasurer of the Philippines or his duly authorized representative under DOF Order No. 14-94 is authorized to accredit the commercial/universal banks that will accept Alien Integration Fee payments.

Commercial/universal banks accredited by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) to receive income tax payments can be accredited to accept Alien Integration Fee payments.

The bank must machine-validate all copies covering payments received in cash or through cashier's/manager's checks.

Bureau of Immigration disbursements for publication costs shall be covered by a Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA) from the Department of Budget and Management, except when BI is authorized to set up a trust fund as an exception to PC Circular No. 1-93.
