: The official name of the school established is Hondagua National High School.
: It is placed under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
: It is located in Barangay Hondagua, Municipality of Lopez, Province of Quezon.
: The Lopez Comprehensive National High School-Matinik Annex located at Barangay Matinik, Municipality of Lopez, Province of Quezon is integrated into the Hondagua National High School.
: All personnel, records, assets, and liabilities of Lopez Comprehensive National High School - Matinik Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Hondagua National High School.
: Students residing in Barangay Hondagua and other adjoining barangays of Lopez, Quezon are the primary beneficiaries.
: Yes, the school shall not refuse admission to students residing elsewhere in Lopez and nearby municipalities of Quezon Province.
: The Secretary is authorized to issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
: The funding necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment and thereafter.
: The Act took effect upon its approval, which lapsed into law on July 14, 1998 without the signature of the President.
