Converted vehicles must undergo annual maintenance and inspection by PS certified conversion/installing shops, which will issue a Certificate of Inspection and Maintenance Compliance.

The applicant must present the PS License Certificate issued by the DTI-BPS, the Certificate of Installation/Conversion by the PS certified shop (first year only), and the current Certificate of Inspection and Maintenance Compliance.

LTO inspectors must verify the PS Mark on the device, PS License Certificate of the conversion shop, Certificate of Conversion/Installation, and the current Certificate of Inspection and Maintenance Compliance. Vehicles without these documents shall not be accepted for registration.
