All LTO Regional Directors are authorized to approve Mission Letter/Mission Order for their respective regions as Law Enforcers, pursuant to Section 7.13.6 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10591.
Government firearm holders are allowed to carry their firearms outside their residence only when they are covered with a Mission Letter/Order issued by the Authorized Official.
The bearer must sign an undertaking immediately below the signature of the issuing authority certifying that they have read, understood, and will strictly comply with the instructions contained in the Mission Letter/Order.
