Q&A (POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 03, S. 2014)

The purpose is to provide guidelines for the engagement of undergraduate maritime students/cadets on ships engaged in international voyages to complete their mandatory shipboard training.

A Standard Cadet Training Agreement issued under POEA Governing Board Resolution No. 08, Series of 2013 is adopted.
