The institution should be properly housed or should have a permanent office address.
It should have a permanent training/conference room or a listing of training venues available for its use.

At least thirty (30) pieces of books, handbooks, kits, and other training materials related to the programs being conducted.
Key steps include: (1) submit a written application to the Commission using the prescribed form (Annex A) with the institution profile and supporting documents; (2) undergo an ocular inspection whenever necessary; and (3) receive a certificate of accreditation if minimum standards are met.
To determine the suitability, completeness, and condition of the training facilities and resources described in the application.
