: The Radio Control Law, Act 3846, as amended, provides the basis for these guidelines.
: The Department of Education, Culture and Sports/Bureau of Technical and Vocational Education and the Department of Transportation and Communications/National Telecommunications Commission.
: Graduates of the Industrial Electronics Technician Course (IETC) and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education major in Electronics Technology.
: Yes, applications filed prior to the approval of this Circular with a special order number from DECS shall be accepted and processed.
: They must file their properly accomplished application forms and pay the corresponding fees.
: No, the Commission will not accept applications from graduates of other radio communication courses after this Circular's implementation.
: a) General Radio Communications Operator Course (GRCO), b) Communications Technician Course, and c) Broadcast Technician Course.
: Immediately upon its adoption on January 23, 1992.
: It supersedes any such inconsistent circulars, instructions, or memoranda or any part thereof.
