To expand and delineate the Batangas Port Zone and place it under the administrative jurisdiction of the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), including proper zoning, planning, development, and utilization consistent with law and government industrial plans.
By defining the port zone boundaries through a sequence of bearings, distances, and reference points, starting from a marked point (Point 1) and ending back at the beginning point (Point 1), thereby creating a closed polygonal area.
At the northeast corner of Sta. Clara Elementary School, Batangas City, at a point marked 1 on the plan.
A total area of 3,488,420.4 square meters, or 348.84 hectares, more or less.
The Batangas Port Zone is placed under the administrative jurisdiction of the Philippine Ports Authority.
To implement a program for the proper zoning, planning, development, and utilization of the port areas in the Batangas Port Zone.
It is limited. EO 385 requires that PPA’s actions be 'consistent with law' and with 'the regional industrial plans of the Government.'
All orders and issuances, rules and regulations, or parts thereof that are inconsistent with EO 385 are revoked or modified accordingly.
It takes effect immediately upon issuance.
