It takes effect upon its approval.

RA 7830 expressly transfers all records of the Barangay Basak-San Nicolas Extension Hospital to the Saint Anthony Mother and Child Hospital.
RA 7830 mandates that all accounts and expenses of the Hospital shall be audited by COA or its duly authorized representative.
