: The official name of the hospital is the Elvin Masigan Municipal Hospital.
: It is established in the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Isabela.
: The hospital is established under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister (Ministry of Health).
: The hospital is authorized to have a ten-bed capacity.
: The hospital is intended to have a secondary level capability.
: The amount needed is determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals.
: They are included in the annual General Appropriations Act thereafter.
: The Minister of Health determines the manner by which the hospital shall be made operational.
