The main purpose of Republic Act No. 6930 is to establish a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Sta. Monica, Province of Surigao del Norte, to be known as the Sta. Monica Municipal Hospital.
The hospital will operate under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services of the Department of Health.
The municipal hospital is to have ten beds.
The construction costs shall be charged against the appropriations authorized for the purpose under the Fiscal Year 1989 General Appropriations Act.
