A ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Calatrava, Province of Negros Occidental, to be known as the Calatrava Municipal Hospital.
The Calatrava Municipal Hospital shall operate under the supervision of the Department of Health.
The hospital established shall have a ten-bed capacity.
The amount necessary for the establishment of the hospital shall be charged against the appropriations authorized under the Fiscal Year 1989 General Appropriations Act.
Future operation and maintenance costs shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
The Secretary of Health must issue a written assurance that hospital personnel will be appointed and that funds for the maintenance and operation of the hospital have been appropriated.
The Act took effect upon its approval on March 8, 1990.
It was approved by then President Corazon C. Aquino.
