: The hospital established under Republic Act No. 11878 is officially named the 'Ospital ng Meycauayan.'
: The Ospital ng Meycauayan is located in the City of Meycauayan, Province of Bulacan.
: The City Government of Meycauayan has direct control and supervision over the Ospital ng Meycauayan.
: The Ospital ng Meycauayan is classified as a tertiary hospital.
: The City Government of Meycauayan is required to prepare a hospital development plan aligned with the Philippine Health Facility Development Plan, in consultation with the Department of Health (DOH).
: Future increases in bed capacity, healthcare facilities, service capability, and human resources must be based on the hospital development plan prepared by the City Government.
: The City Government of Meycauayan shall provide the necessary funds for the establishment of the hospital.
: The Secretary of the DOH is mandated to include in the Department's subsidy program support for the capital outlay requirements of the Ospital ng Meycauayan.
: If any provision or part of the Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect.
: Republic Act No. 11878 takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
