EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 207

: It applies to all colleges, universities, and similar institutions of learning with a total enrollment of one hundred students or more.
: All physically fit male citizens of undergraduate status in the said institutions are required to take the ROTC course as a compulsory part of their curricula.
: The Chief of Staff of the Philippine Army has the authority to notify institutions to include the ROTC course.
: The Chief of Staff must detail competent army officers to conduct the ROTC course without charge to the institutions and supply the necessary military equipment, except for expenses related to care, safekeeping, and furnishing regulation bonds.
: No. Failure to comply with the order is a valid reason for the Secretary of Public Instruction to withdraw Government recognition of the institution.
: Government recognition may be withdrawn from the institution by the Secretary of Public Instruction.
: No exemptions shall be granted except by specific direction of the President of the Philippines.
: It was issued under the powers vested by section thirty-five of Commonwealth Act No. 1 (the National Defense Act) and by authority of Act No. 2706, as amended.
