The President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in him by law.

The Commission shall initiate awareness activities about EDSA's principles and values, organize the yearly EDSA Revolution commemoration, manage the People Power Monument, provide for the EDSA Freedom Center and Museum, submit reports to the President, and perform other functions directed by the President.
