RA 10934 divides Barangay Tangos in the City of Navotas into two (2) distinct and independent barangays: Barangay Tangos North and Barangay Tangos South.
The newly created barangays are Barangay Tangos North and Barangay Tangos South.

The first set of officials shall be elected not later than ninety (90) days from approval by majority of the votes cast in the plebiscite.
COMELEC shall conduct and supervise the special elections to be held in Barangays Tangos North and Tangos South within sixty (600 days after the ratification of this Act in a plebiscite.
The incumbent barangay officials of Barangay Tangos continue to hold office and administer Tangos North and Tangos South until the officials of the newly created barangays have been duly elected and qualified.
The expenses for such special elections shall be borne by the City of Navotas.
All public infrastructure and facilities for public use existing at the time of approval of the Act are transferred without cost/compensation to the new barangays for administration.
Both barangays are entitled to IRA shares pursuant to Section 285 of Republic Act No. 7160 (Local Government Code of 1991), as amended.
