: The authority is derived from Sections 6-a (ii), (x), 26 and 28 of PD 857, and Section 15 of PPA AO No. 13-77.
: The primary objective is to designate and define anchorage grounds at the terminal ports in Bataan to improve monitoring of marine operations and ensure smooth vessel traffic flow.
: No vessel shall anchor or lie in the approaches to various private ports in Bataan or be less than 0.25 nautical miles from another vessel already anchored or moored.
: The East/West approaches to Lamao Pier are between the coordinates: Lat. 14°31.0' N Long. 120°36.6' E; Lat. 14°30.8' N Long. 120°36.6' E; Lat. 14°31.0' N Long. 120°39.6' E; Lat. 14°30.8' N Long. 120°39.6' E at a distance of 3 nautical miles.
: The speed should not exceed 6 knots in the North/South approaches to Lamao Pier.
: A common Precautionary Area with a 400 meters radius from Lat. 14°30.9' N Long. 120°37.45' E is designated.
: All vessels anchoring at Lamao anchorage must secure necessary entrance and departure clearances from the PPA Terminal Management Office in Lamao, Limay, Bataan.
: No, fishing is prohibited within 3 nautical miles from the shorelines of Cabcaben Point to Quitang Point in Limay.
: The pertinent provisions of PPA MC No. 11-96, “Description of Anchorage Grounds at PMO Baseports,” must be observed and complied with.
: All PPA orders, rules, regulations, circulars, and memoranda inconsistent with this order are repealed or modified accordingly.
